After beginning her studies at the Queensland Young Conservatorium of Music in 2006, Dani completed her Bachelor of Music Studies at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, majoring in jazz voice, vocal pedagogy and choral conducting in 2011.

 

During her final years of study, Dani created the group ISLAND JAZZ now known as DANIELLE for which she is the lead singer. The group boast an impressive repertoire of 'American Songbook' Jazz and standards, based on North Stradbroke Island.

 



Most recently, Dani has released a self titled 'EP', DANIELLE in 2016. This focuses on Dani's musical roots of singer-songwriter, folk/pop original songs. Two tracks from this EP have been commissioned for various websites, Instagram accounts and wedding videography companies.

Alongside her love of Contemporary Jazz, Folk and Pop, Dani has delved into the world of Musical Theatre, playing leading roles in numerous productions. During this time she has also discovered her skills in the production side of the theatre including producing, choreography and most frequently, vocal directing.
